Justin Lynch joined the AES Technical Support team in September 2018, he fulfills the role of Support Specialist/Field Technician. His background includes several years of Project Supervisor expertise at a Boston-based security system supplier company where he was responsible for the oversight of fire installation projects, programming of Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs), and Level 1 Support. He provides timely and accurate troubleshooting assistance for hardware and software issues along with analysis of network performance and recording Case tracking information. His primary focus is on helping Customers resolve their technical issues with solutions following AES Best Practices guidelines and industry standards. Mr. Lynch's broad range of experience in the fire industry is an asset to the AES Team.
